This website (ungen.ai) is a product of Zine EOOD, registered at Dunavski Lebed 7, Varna, Bulgaria, referred to as "we" and "Ungen" in this document. The term "you" refers to the registered user of our service/website.

The terms on this page govern Zine EOOD's relationship with you in relation to the website and services. Your usage of our website or services equates to agreement to these terms.

We may update this document occasionally. We will give advance notice to our users in case of major changes. The date of the last update is indicated at the bottom.

Section 1
User Accounts and Subscriptions

• 1.1 To access the services of our website it is required to sign up for a user account.
• 1.2 Some features of our website are available only with a paid subscription.
• 1.2.1 You may begin and end a subscription at any time. Cancelling your subscription is free – no fees, charges or fines are applied when you cancel. Refunds for payments already made are not provided.
• 1.2.2 Upon cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the payment term (the day before the due date of the next payment). After this the account reverts to the free state and loses access to all paid features.
• 1.2.3 If the subscription can't renew due to payment failures, it will remain active for a short grace period. After this the account reverts to the free state and loses access to all paid features.
• 1.3 You may not share your Ungen account with others, or sign in with another person's account.

Section 2
Acceptable Use

• 2.1 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Any illegal activities or content are strictly prohibited.
• 2.2 Protecting the privacy and security of user data important to us. You agree to abide by our privacy policy and not store your or others' personal information as part of the boards you create on Ungen.
• 2.3 If you encounter any violations of these guidelines or suspect any misuse of the service, please report them to the service provider immediately.

Section 3
Intellectual Property

• 3.1We own all intellectual property rights for the website including text, logos, images and illustrations.
• 3.2 You retain copyright and ownership over the boards you create on our service, and grant us a non-exclusive license to store the content on Ungen. You may delete your content from our website at any time.

Section 4
Liability and Indemnification

• 4.1 Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the chats and content generated by Ungen. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• 4.2 You acknowledge and agree that the chats and content generated by Ungen is computer-generated and may not be accurate, complete, reliable, or socially acceptable. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of any content generated by Ungen. You use the service at your own risk.
• 4.3You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from all damages, liabilities, claims and expenses, including without limitation attorneys' fees and costs, arising from or related to your data, your use of the service, and/or any breach of these Terms by you. You further agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from all damages, liabilities, claims and expenses, including without limitation attorneys' fees and costs, arising from or related to any claims by third parties that your data or your use of the service infringes upon, violates or misappropriates any of their Intellectual Property Rights or discloses their Proprietary Information.
• 4.4 Neither party shall be responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms, where and to the extent that such a failure or delay results from causes outside the control of such party. Such causes shall include, without limitation, failures caused by a third-party service, acts of the government in its sovereign or contractual capacity, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, freight embargoes, strikes, civil commotion or the like.
• 4.5 You agree that all disputes related in any way to or arising from your use of the service and software, shall be governed, without respect to conflict of law principles, by the laws of Bulgaria.

Section 5
Termination

• 5.1 We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time and for any reason so long as permitted by law.
• 5.2 In case of account termination, and if permitted by law, a backup copy of your data will be provided for download.
• 5.3 You may terminate your own account at any time from our website or by contacting us via email.
